Deine Rolle:

As the Frontend Development Team Lead in our company, you will guide developers on technical matters and architectural decisions, ensuring alignment with our product vision.

You will collaborate with our Head of Technology to architect and discuss solutions, while coaching and motivating teams to continuously improve.

Your role also involves pairing with the team to solve challenging problems, ensuring code quality, and contributing to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for frontend development.

Deine Verantwortung:

Guide our developers in terms of technical questions and architectural decisions
Architect & discuss solutions with our team of developers and in collaboration with our Head of Technology
Coach and motivate the teams to continuously improve and achieve the product vision and mission
Pair program with the team to solve more challenging problems
Ensure the quality, performance, and maintainability of frontend code
Be the owner of our set of shared components & packages
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for frontend development
Help refine business requirements and provide technical guidance on how to implement them
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth integration of frontend code in the overall CI/CD pipelines
Be part of a crossfunctional team that follows agile development using SCRUM and XP practices (TDD, Pair programming, Refactoring, Simple design)

Deine Skills:

Proven experience as a frontend developer with expertise in React is considered a plus)
Desire to take ownership and ability to thrive on that
Strong software development practices (test automation, architecture, clean code, CI/CD)
Passion about software craftsmanship and know that the only way to go fast is to go well
Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills
Experience in working in agile and interdisciplinary teams
Constantly challenging the status quo to improve how the team works together
Joy in learning and developing yourself as well as coaching and developing others
Great communication skills, in both written and verbal form
Good command of spoken and written English (German is considered a plus)
Experience with DevOps topics like Cloudflare, Github Actions etc. is considered a plus
