Beschreibung
Our CFO department is at the heart of our financial operations, overseeing strategic financial planning, budgeting and analysis.


Your main responsibilities

  • Preparation of documentation for Clevel and BoD meetings (including forwardlooking/proactive planning of alreadyknown EB topics as well as setting and monitoring the deadlines received from the CEO Office)
  • Preparation of Finance Management meetings including meeting minutes and followed by creating the Financial Newsletter
  • General support to Finance Service Teams including organization of events Opportunity for Project Management Support
    Your profile
  • Commercial degree and preferably diploma as Executive Assistant
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar function in an international environment
  • Proficient in English and German, ideally also fluent in French
  • Confident user of MS-Office (especially Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams/Sharepoint/OneNote)
  • Motivated, reliable, and resilient person who is able to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Sense of priorities and the ability to handle confidential and strategic data
  • Precise way of working and enjoying working in a team
