Would you like to work together with Digital Marketing Managers, the business teams' Product Managers and Marketing Managers to plan, create and optimize content to drive business goals?


Your responsibilities:


  • Develop a digital content strategy in line with the defined target audience and business objectives
  • Write blog posts, ebooks, articles, case studies, videos, infographics, or other materials that support the launch or marketing of products & services
  • Act as the final editor on content created by agencies or freelancers and ensure the content matches best practices standards and consistent tone and design as well as brand guidelines
  • Manage a content calendar & content strategy for assigned digital channels
  • Conduct Research or interviews on topics related to business topics to create content for the website or blog
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar, coordinating with commercial and business partners and key stakeholders to ensure the business is represented
  • Copyediting, subediting and factchecking shortform and longform content for grammar, spelling, syntax, substance and flow according to tight deadlines
  • Creatively repurpose existing content into alternative formats
  • Work within special projects such as AI and ABM to represent the content strategy perspective
  • Drives adoption of digital best practices across the company and beyond
  • Ensure all content is onbrand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice for each audience
  • Develops and maintains guidelines, provides tools and direction to internal stakeholders and external agencies, and manages project timelines, expenses, and measurement.
  • Ensures compliance with companies branding, Divisional Standards, Digital Marketing Playbook and other departmental processes

Your profile:


  • Master's or Ph.
D. degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or science-related fields

  • 5+ years of experience in the Medical Devices/IVD industry
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Global work experience effectively working with different cultures across global, regional and local teams to meet needs and deliver successful programs
  • Experience directly leading projects with audience and digital channel focused content creation and analytics with demonstrated track record of success
  • Ability to translate scientific information into an engaging storytelling framework with an understanding of making digital content accessible to a wide audience including lay and expert audiences.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices to drive organic traffic
  • Strong background in digital marketing and content strategy
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance consideration in the IVD industry and ability to check scientific references and read scientific journals and publications
  • Strong background in digital marketing and content strategy
  • Ability to travel (~10% / twice a year)
- willing to work in a different timezone one night per week
