If you identify with our group and are passionate about real estate, come join us For our Lausanne agency, we are currently looking for an: Assistant PPEYour main responsibilities will include:- Technical and administrative management related to condominium portfolios and concierge services associated with general meetings;- Taking and writing minutes;- Processing quotes and invoices under the control of the property manager;- Handling claims;- Contacting owners, suppliers, and concierges as needed.The ideal profile includes:- CFC (vocational diploma) in commerce (ideally in management) or equivalent title plus a specialization in real estate (Immobase, ImmoPPE or equivalent) is a plus;- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;- Mastery of common tools, especially Quorum;- Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling;- Pleasant, methodical, dynamic, and proactive personality;- Good sense of priorities and customer service;- Swiss nationality or holding a valid permit.We offer:- The opportunity to join a dynamic family group;- A pleasant working environment close to all amenities;- 5 weeks of vacation;- Remote work options;- A dynamic environment involving various real estate professions;- A salary corresponding to your skills and performance;- Work hours to be agreed upon.Loyalty, performance, and dynamism are the qualities that inspire all of our employees.
