We need someone who can elevate our pilot line technology to a reliable, globally scalable solution. Your skills are crucial in propelling ProSeed to new heights, establishing us as pioneers in the food sector.

Pilot Facility Setup and Fine-tuning:
Assist the team in setting up and optimizing our pilot production facility. Play a role in equipment testing and workflow enhancement for smooth operations.
Implement a monitoring system for the final goods, testing both raw and finished products as per the specifications.
Quality Control andAssurance Systems Establishment:
Work together to develop QC and QA systems for the pilot facility, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the supply chain to deliver top-notch Barley Flakes.
Conduct risk analyses following HACCP standards.Project for a modular automated production unit: Devise and construct a standalone modular processing unit to be placed at industrial sites, drawing from pilot facility insights and client feedback.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONSCompleted education in food technology, process engineering, or similar.
Extensive professional background in food processing, quality control, and industrialization.
Operational mindset with proficient project management skills and expertise (ISO 9001, IPMA, PMI)
Familiarity with EU and Swiss food regulations, IFS Food principles (GMP, HACCP, FSSC
Strong emphasis on quality, dependability, and teamwork abilities.
Good command of English and professional proficiency in French or German.
