Job summary
As an OPC intern you will engage with both the financial and operational dimensions of the business analysing desk positions calculating daily notional value of trading activities gathering IT automation requirements and providing tailored solutions working closely with Middle Office Back Office Finance and Legal Compliance departments updating existing processes creating new innovative processes using Business Intelligence tools providing margin optimization strategies guiding Front Office in efficient execution of EFS and EFP transactions contributing to management of regulatory projects acting as Business Project Analyst maintaining appropriate documentation records and reports for review by auditors or regulators.Qualifications
- Master Degree applied Actuarial scienceMathematicsQuantitative finance.
- Numerical Master Degree Science MSc or Engineering MEng desirable.
- Strong communication skills English French to work on cross-functional project.
- Prior understanding commodities markets unique risk factors price volatility market mechanisms.
