Finance and Procurement Assistant
Are you a Finance and Procurement Assistant with at least four years' experience in positions dealing with finance, budgeting and/or procurement issues, preferably in a development context ? Are you looking for your next challenge ?

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Finance and Procurement Assistant to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Your responsibilities:
The individual will join a dynamic and motivated team working with the Clients Country Teams and other internal functional teams, and external stakeholders to support the delivery of funding and performance, coordinate
budgeting, finance, procurement inputs, analysis, progress tracking and reporting on all departments resources.
To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:
- University degree in business administration, communications, public health, development or relevant field
- At least four years' experience in positions dealing with finance, budgeting and/or procurement issues, preferably in a development context
- Proven ability to set up and maintain accurate data and forecasting tools and commitment to data quality,
- Experience of using Excel to manage budgets and produce timely analysis and reports,
- Experience working for an international development or global health organization, government, or NGO,
- Written and spoken fluency in English and a working knowledge of French is required
