    Our customer is a family-owned commodity trading company that is establishing its headquarters in Zug, Switzerland, and is planning to expand its activities in base metals and metals concentrates. We presently are recruiting a

    Tasks

    Responsibilities:

    • Business development and management of supplier/customer accounts for new and existing commodity businesses across various regional and global markets.
    • Anticipate market trends and trading opportunities.
    • Execute and report full P&L of the related trading or marketing line.
    • Prepare business plans for existing and new lines of commodity business.
    • Monitor and manage trading positions for the respective area of responsibility.
    • Manage and coach direct and indirect reports.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 10 years of extensive knowledge and experience in Base Metals or Metals Concentrates.
    • Existing portfolio of clients and an excellent network in the industry.
    • Strong business acumen.
    • Experience in developing new business and assets.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Result-driven, with good communication skills.
    • Solid understanding of financial markets.
    • Excellent analytical skills.
    • Proven data modeling skills to translate business situations into data structures.
    • Team player with a strong entrepreneurial drive and ability to work independently.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
