Your mission at Climeworks is to develop and grow Climeworks' sales revenue by acquiring new customers and retaining/growing our existing customer base, with a focus on airlines as well as shipping and logistics companies.


  • You work strategically with other teams to improve conversion and retention rates.
  • You work cross functionally to connect the marketing, sales, and client management functions.
  • You serve on business working groups and represent Climeworks at speaking engagements.
  • You have completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental sciences or Economics.
  • You have 8 years of relevant work experience in B2B sales by selling to large companies (multimillion value & for multiple years). You are used to interact with companies' top management.
  • You have a founded professional experience in the Aviation and/or Shipping industries, and you have an established network of relations within these industries. Prior experience in the carbon credit market is a big plus.
  • Ideally, you are familiar to industry associations/organizations such as IATA, ICAO, IMO.
  • You are a skillful negotiator, and you have the ability to translate and explain complex concepts clearly and easily to a wide audience.
  • You are a creative problem solver who can structure solutions for diverse client requirements and are selfmotivated with strong time management skills.
  • On top of that, you are fluent in English, and you are willing to travel up to 30%.
