GMA Project Manager 100% (M/F/d):


Your challenges

  • Forge a close collaboration with the GMD On-Demand Lead, orchestrating the organized, efficient, and robust implementation of medical affairs undertakings at both global and countryspecific scales.
  • Discern and rectify procedural inefficiencies, voids, and obstacles, actively contributing to the formulation of impactful mitigation strategies.
  • Aid the GMD in relaying activity advancements to broader GMA and crossfunctional teams, fostering seamless communication.
  • Contribute insights and solutions within adhoc crossfunctional subteams and task forces as directed by the GMD, aiming to address and resolve challenges.
  • Oversee and proactively evaluate project operations, financial allocations, and timelines, ensuring harmonization with established objectives and quality benchmarks.
  • Engineer mechanisms for monitoring project progression, intervening and troubleshooting collaboratively with team members and line managers.
  • Assume the role of a liaison with alliance partners and external thought leaders, cultivating robust collaborative ties.
  • Interface with stakeholders to ensure meticulous fulfillment of project requisites, in alignment with crucial performance indicators such as punctual project delivery, budgetary adherence, operational excellence, and client contentment.

Your skills

  • Strong background as a GMP Project Manager
  • Enthusiastic, selfmotivated, and propelled by a relentless pursuit of excellence.
  • A rapid learner, adept at embracing and thriving amidst change.
  • Possess exceptional organizational acumen, marked by an unwavering commitment to detail and precision.
  • Medical experience is preferred, though not obligatory.
  • Proficiency in English is essential (fluency required); proficiency in German is advantageous.
