Responsibilities

Specification, evaluation and prioritization of functional and technical requirements internally, as well as with our B2B Partners Helvetia, Credit Suisse and PriceHubble
Creation of user stories and functional concepts, requirement and solution specifications for IT implementation as well as testing of the technical and functional requirements
Planning and managing execution for customerfacing portals, real estate advisory tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) features from lead to closing
Planning and managing execution of related offerings to generate holistic user experience.
Stakeholder management with internal and external stakeholders
Aligning the development team on business objectives and onboarding new developers
Close collaboration with group internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Intelligence, Engineering and UX/UI) to launch digital products
Interacting with users and clients to understand their needs and potential gain creators
Monitoring and analyzing the performance of the respective products to enable datadriven enhancements

Requirements:

University degree in engineering, IT, mathematics, economics or equivalent
At least 3 years of product management experience in the financial sector paired with very good analytical and conceptual skills
High affinity for data and experience in the datadriven further development of technology platforms
Experience with agile methods and programming skills are a plus
Negotiation skills in German and English are required as well as excellent communication skills and team play
Handson and cando mentality and a strong willingness to learn new things in a tech environment, to go the extra mile for excellent results and to actively contribute
