YOUR CHALLENGE:

Delta One Trader function within Julius Baer Markets Division
Creation of new products (AMCs, Trackers) in close collaboration with internal sales unit
Rebalancing activity within AMCs and market making in secondary market
Active hedging of market risk
Help to enhance and scale the trading infrastructure
Identify opportunities and ideas for the bank and the Julius Baer client base
Analyse and drive the implementation of these ideas to product level
Collaborate with all internal stakeholders as part of the implementation process

YOUR PROFILE:

Bachelor or Master Degree in Banking & Finance, Math, Physics, Economics or Business Administration
At least 3 years of experience in similar function
You have an excellent command of Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of VBA and Python
Experience in synthetic hedging, Indexing or SPV structuring is a plus
You are an independent, reliable individual with a positive personality, cando mindset and a distinct team approach
Commercially driven and stress resistant personality that works well under pressure
You have strong communication skills in English and German
