Job summary
We are seeking a motivated student to assist with our research on teamwork in the operating (OR), specifically on the detection of stress and emotional events during surgical procedures based on video and audio recordings.Responsibilities
- Preprocess and clean audio recordings e.g denoising segmentation
- Apply automatic speech recognition ASR and speaker diarization e.g Whisper
- Extract acoustic features e.g pitch MFCCs and linguistic features from audio
- Develop evaluate machine learning models for emotion stress detection visualization of results for publishing journals.
