Are you organised, agile, good with people, and enjoy providing excellent and proactive administrative and operational support?- If so, seize the opportunity to become our new Personal Assistant to the Corporate Vice President of Advanced Therapies & Integrated Solutions and the VP of Finance & Commercial Excellence.


The Position

  • This will be a dual role supporting both the Corporate Vice President of Advanced Therapies & Integrated Solutions, and the Vice President of Finance & Commercial Excellence.
  • The position is based in Zurich, Switzerland and will require both administrative support and leading operational assignments across both areas.
  • You will work in a highly international environment and become the anchor point for both the CVP and the VP.
In your capacity as CVP/VP Personal Assistant, you will:

  • Be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the CVP and VP, which include providing excellent administrative support, such as scheduling and monitoring their agenda, prioritising daily planning, managing travel arrangements, and planning meetings
  • Role model personal initiative and find solutions to dilemmas. Occasional travel (10%) may be expected, as well as running operational assignments, managing events and multiple vendors across both teams
  • Ensure successful execution of internal and external meetings, as well as the management events, which includes project management
  • Support onboarding of new colleagues
  • Work in close collaboration with other assistants, both in Zurich, but also across various functions and locations

Qualifications

  • We are looking for someone with a strong eye for detail who has excellent collaboration and coordination skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Moreover,
  • You are a proactive team player who demonstrates a strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as well as new stakeholders on a daytoday basis
  • You are servicedminded and passionate about providing highquality support whilst being a flexible problem solver
  • Ideally, you have previous experience with project management and event planning
  • Furthermore, you are a highperforming critical thinker who can work independently and collaborate across functions.
  • Lastly,
  • You have a minimum of 35 years of experience in a similar position
  • You are fluent in English, both verbal and written is mandatory. Other languages are an advantage
  • You have advanced IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook)
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and can maintain strict confidentiality
