Business Development Manager
100% (M/F/d)

Job Description:

The core task is to develop the national and international market for Swiss
embryos.

Responsibilities
Analysis of the potential in the national and international market, in

- compliance with the legal regulations

Build up an offer of embryos in collaboration with top breeding farms in

Switzerland

Find and creating opportunities for increasing sales within existing and new

- customers

Assistance of the Head of Production in developing the production capacities

Experience and skills

Multiyear experience in the international embryo market (sales) and in a

- leading position with financial responsibility

Thorough understanding of dairy and meat production systems and herd

- development

Experienced project manager
Deep understanding of the technical aspects of embryo production and

- in-vitro-fertilised embryos

Strong leadership skills with a teamoriented approach
Proven competence in achieving goals with teams (ability to motivate people)
High assertiveness
Conceptual thinking with consistent implementation orientation
