Your challenge*:

In this position, you will work as an interface between Compliance, the front office and IT.

Specifically, you will take on the following tasks:

  • Analyzing and/or implementing regulations (in particular European investor protection regulations (e.g. MiFID II), regulations in connection with sustainability, etc.) and familiarization with the investment process
  • Assumption of ownership incl. front support with regard to investor protection forms (e.g. investor profile), mandatory and product documentation (e.g. cost information, PRIIP KID) incl. technical rule ownership
  • Review of IT implementations in the banking systems
  • Coordination and operational implementation of smaller projects and initiatives resulting from regulations, including responsibility for the implementation from conception to completion of the technical implementation as well as the topicrelevant information / training
  • Subproject management of and/or collaboration in group projects for the EMEA region
  • Development of decision bases and specification of business requirements
  • Performing the coordination function and working closely with internal stakeholders
  • Competence center and contact person within the EMEA organization

Your profile*:

You have the following profile for this responsible position:
Completed studies (university or university of applied sciences degree at Bachelor's or Master's level) and e
- perience in private banking and/or management consulting Several years of relevant practical or project e
- perience

  • Affinity for the practical realization and implementation of regulatory topics and problem solving
  • Integral, resilient personality with a quick grasp of the situation and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation with a wide range of specialists
  • Very good oral and written German and English skills
