To complete our Marketing Team in Switzerland are looking for a brilliant

Brand Communication & PR Trainee

Working together closely with the International Brand Communication Manager & PR Manager you will be developing tools to support global communication campaigns, and will be supporting the execution of the PR strategy.

Your responsibilities in more detail will include:

Brand communication

Deliver assets supporting the global launch of new timepieces and supporting dedicated CRM activations (provide copy, recommend visuals and check final execution of newsletters, brochures, website )
Deliver assets celebrating key cultural moments (Christmas, ) in collaboration with the creative studio team
Build deep dive analysis of main competitors and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen our communication strategies
Support ad hoc operations and requests
Handle administrative operations such as update of database and budget

Public Relations

Support the animation of Roger Dubuis digital Presslounge (update materials and publish new press kits)
Support in the organization of press events
Monitor and analyze the local market press coverage on a weekly/monthly basis, leveraging DMR platform.

YOUR PROFILE

You are currently studying for a Marketing or Business degree and benefiting from a School Internship convention
Ideally, you have a first experience in communication, marketing and/or PR
You are extremely organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
You are comfortable with data analysis and pay high attention to detail
You are a selfstarter, entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
You easily make connections to other people and like working in a crossfunctional team environment
You master the Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. DMR is a plus
You have excellent writing skills in English and in French (any other languages are welcome)
