Our client is looking for a communicative, customer-oriented and honest personality.

Responsibilities

• Complete independent order processing for national and international orders. Ensuring that orders are carried out in accordance with the order, professionally and on time.
• Advises customers on problems related to the testing and calibration of materials testing machines and measuring cells.
• Testing and calibration of materials testing machines and measuring cells at our client and at external customers in Switzerland and abroad.
• Acquisition of new customers and expansion of services with existing customers at home and abroad.
• Development and creation of a wide range of documents and specific software tools as part of the accreditation and quality assurance of our client and external customers.
• Development of novel test and calibration methods and the associated devices and measuring equipment.
• As a subject matter expert, you will sit on various international specific standards committees for Switzerland.

Requirements

• Apprenticeship as a polymechanic/physics laboratory assistant EFZ or equivalent
• Training as an engineer TS (HF or FH) in the direction of mechanical engineering/electrical engineering
• Further training in the field of relevant standards (accreditation, material testing machines, transducers)
• High flexibility, organizational talent and absolute integrity
• Customer-oriented, team-oriented and communicative
• German spoken and written as well as good oral English skills

Particularities

Frequent customer contact both at home and partly abroad High level of responsibility by performing an important function within the customer's QA system for the safety of their products.
