Project Operations Manager

In this management position, you will be head of the Operations department, working with projects mainly on the global market.

Reporting to the Head of the Unit, you will be responsible for the full project portfolio, ensuring that customer commitments are delivered on time, on budget, and with excellent HSE considerations and quality performance.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include all commercial and contractual aspects within the projects. You will be involved from tender preparation all the way throughout project execution.

It will be your responsibility to ensure that projects deliver the expected revenue, profitability and cash flow; to support the decision on the project setup, to allocate resources, and to handle risks and opportunities within the entire project portfolio.

Background

Educational background: technical or economics
Master / Bachlor / FH
Extensive leadership experience with staff responsibility
Deep knowledge of the execution of complex projects and of financial reporting
Experience in the power electronics industry (desirable)
Experience of working with customers and suppliers globally
Ability to lead, motivate and develop people
Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and customers
A highly selfmotivated and resultoriented collaborator who will enjoy the challenge of taking full ownership of the execution of the project portfolio
Fluency in English and German
