Aufgaben:
- Lead a team of IT security professionals focused on securing our software systems.
- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Together with the product owner, you focus on ensuring the greatest possible benefit for our customers and our employees.
- Work with development teams to ensure that security is integrated into the software development lifecycle.
- Stay up to date with the latest security trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for improving security posture.
- Manage security incidents and coordinate incident response efforts.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to promote professional growth and development.
Anforderungen:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the IT security field.
- Experience leading teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
