- Manage overall Supply Chain Execution operations' responsibilities activities: ensure first class support key users solving blocking issues contribute lead evolution information system enhancement requests rollouts implementation complex flows challenging coordinating testing solutions link Group Tech maintenance cycles releases formalize business processes inform/train relevant stakeholders
- Establish maintain relevant dashboards monitor operation delivery performance governance identifying recurring problems implementing corrective actions
