Who you are

Customer Fulfilment (CFF) is a fundamental part in making IKEA multichannel retailing a reality.

To support IKEA in achieving business objectives, CFF acts as a fully integrated, process-oriented organization with an end-to-end, customer centric approach to develop our business and deliver results across functions together with our partners.

You have a proven performance in supply chain management, specifically in customer order management, in a country or from a global organization
Interest or experience in the field of Capacity Planning
You bring working experience in a management position (preferable in both retail or logistics)
You have extensive knowledge of the IKEA range dimensioning and allocation
You have proven successful skill in leading teams, delivering both business results and people development
You are experienced in securing the implementation of midterm and longterm strategies and plans and set/follow up goals
You have extensive experience in Service fulfilment operations, preferably from big organizations
We also see it as a big advantage if you are certified in Lean Six Sigma
You bring project management skills with you (small, midsize projects)
You are fluent in English written and verbal
You are able to act within the global framework in order to achieve local/market/organization goals
You have a collaborative mindset: good in building relationships across the organization and having influence and personal impact by using good communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities:

Securing optimized setup our complete network by utilizing the market specific parts of article allocation and order rules
Striving for high performance at lowest cost and longterm profitability acting in a responsible way and thereby create a great customer experience
Planning and fulfilment in an end to end perspective by enabling the prerequisites for excellent quality in execution
Securing that customer get their products delivered at wished delivery address within the agreed time, the agreed quality to the lowest possible costs
