Through its Impact Coaching Coalition, the foundation provides coaching and consulting services to a diverse range of organizations, including corporations, SMEs, start-ups, universities, and NGOs.

This mission-driven organization strives to enable positive social change and empower individuals and organizations to maximize their impact.
Role DescriptionThe Chief of Staff for the Impact Coaching Coalition is a volunteer, hybrid role focused on providing strategic support and operational leadership.
Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership, managing communication across teams, overseeing the implementation of core initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the Coalition's mission.
This individual will also play a key role in project management, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting various coaching and consulting endeavors worldwide.
Regular engagement in strategic planning sessions and administrative coordination is also expected.Qualifications
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills
Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities
Proficient verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
Experience in consulting, coaching, or organizational development is highly desirable
Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and ability to manage a remote role
Flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to the mission of creating positive social impact
Experience in nonprofit or social impact initiatives is a plus
Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in a related field
