Job summary
This is a full-time on-site role for an Intern or Trainee located in Zürich. The Trainee will support Hotel Procurement and MICE but may also assist Hotel Reservations or land services procurement.Responsibilities
- Gaining proficiency on company systems (DOS / QUOS), to cooperate with Operations and Customer Service teams (checking service timing and itineraries, booking and confirming various services, and budget control - tours vary from mass production leisure series tours to organized ad-hoc tours of various sizes - origin of tours are from Asian countries and America).
- Checking that service code/suppliers and conditions are correct
