Background:

In our research laboratories we continuously drive to make data driven decisions in early research for lead discovery.

We are here offering an opportunity for an Associate/ Scientist with a background and passion for cellular assay and automated cell culture to contribute by experience and diligence in the daily planning, execution and analysis of cellular assays and large scale automation to our joint mission in finding new starting points for drug discovery.

Tasks & Responsilities:

• Plan, transfer, validate and execute cellular assays
• Upscale cell culture processes and optimize the banking and QC of the assay ready frozen cells
• Critical thinking and data analysis and interpretation skills lead the decision making process in assay development
• Maintain and operate automated cell culture systems to ensure reliable and reproducible results
• Experience in troubleshooting equipment issues ensures the continuous supply of cells and frozen cell banks across assay groups in lead discovery
• Embed in a crossdisciplinary team across the functions in lead discovery and enhance the scientific exchange and standard operating procedures

Must Haves:

• 7+ years experience in coaching Leaders individually
• Master Degree in Psychology, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Studies, Linguistics or related field, an additional business degree is a plus
• At least 7+ years of business experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, chemical or related sector
• Confident in collaborating with senior stakeholders
• Fluent English skills, any other languages is a plus
• Experienced designing and facilitating workshops for bigger teams or large groups
• Coaching experience, preferably with license on specific tool(s) or accredited certification (Professional Certified Coach (ICF, PCC) Certificate), GROWTH 1.0 Licensed Partner of ICQ Global)
• Great team spirit and willingness to be handson delivering this service to the business area
• Enthusiasm for people development and keen eye for connecting the dots
• Experience in uncovering hidden team dynamics and supporting teams in finding solutions to unlock potential
• Experience with or previous exposure with Data Science or be data literate at mínimal degree or strong interest/willingness to learn about it
• Good understanding of the agile values and methodology, experienced in working with agile teams
