We are currently looking for a
-
Head of HR willing to actively contribute to our growth and success. You will manage and develop activities relating to Human resources in our Renens facility (250 HC) and will report to the General Director of TESA GROUP.


Tasks in details:


  • Developing and enhancing the competitiveness of the company's working conditions.
  • Setting annual targets for key HR activities: Performance, training, compensation, HR related monitoring (vacancies/hours, etc.) and recruitment needs.
  • Ensuring a constructive relationship with the Works Council and the social partners.
  • Maintaining contact with Hexagon and responding to requests from HEX Top management.
  • Preplanning of Hexagon HR changes and activities with a communication strategy.
  • Managing the HR team (2 HRBPs, 1 HR Specialist, 1 apprentice).
  • Supervising the complete HR administration and the quality of the HR service by regularly proposing process optimisations and administrative improvements.

Requirements:


  • Degree from a higher education institution with specialization in HR
  • Several years of experience within an HR department of an international group
  • Good command of IT tools
  • Excellent French and English language skills, both written and spoken
