    The Hospital Network of the Coast — EHC has been at your service for over 20 years. It brings together establishments with complementary missions for acute care, accommodation in EMS, and primary care medicine. We deliver over 40 medical disciplines with the aim of caring for each resident, thanks to more than professionals working daily to provide them with quality care. We are looking for our social and medical establishments (EMS) in Morges and Aubonne: 4 Apprentices ASSC - Community Care and Health Assistants (F/M) starting August 1. YOU POSSESS a school leaving certificate or are soon finishing your schooling. A well-defined professional project, thanks to an internship in EMS care that allowed you to confirm your choice, is required. A real desire to commit for 3 years to supporting elderly and fragile individuals in their health, within our EMS X or a good ability allowing you to follow a shift involving passing through 3 services during your dynamic course, you are voluntary and demonstrate ease in team work, a very good level of French, a good learning ability, and a sense of listening. YOUR OBJECTIVES Ensure the physical, social, and psychological well-being of the residents of our EMS by being attentive to their needs and habits. Participate in supporting residents in daily life activities, as well as in maintaining their environment, with their care, applying certain treatments and performing medical-technical acts by and under the responsibility of the nurse. WE ARE A company committed to training tomorrow's professionals, with over 70 apprentices in 15 different professions, 200 HES-ES interns, and nearly 300 doctors in a care network including acute care establishments and a private clinic, EMS, medical centers, and walk-in clinics spread throughout the region of La Côte, as well as the 1st clinical hypnosis school dedicated to the care sector in Switzerland, taking care of the residents of the region, sharing values of Responsibility, Proximity, Humanity, Competence, in an agile environment promoting project development.
