About the position
The COO Office in Zürich is the centerpiece of the Management Company.

It coordinates all local and overreaching projects, collects and processes diverse information and presents them to the management of the Management Company.

During your internship, you are going to be introduced to the diverse aspects of asset management and you will be supporting the team in many diverse tasks.

Your focus will be on administrative and coordinative tasks focusing on projects, audits and meetings.


Responsibilities

  • Supporting the topmanagement in the daily business
  • Support of internal and external Audit reviews
  • Creation of Senior Management presentations
  • Support of management reporting und management meetings of the Executive Board of DWS CH AG
  • Support of project management related topics
  • Support of corporate governance related tasks

Your Requirements

  • Student in the field of legal or economics
  • Very good organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • You have a strong ability to work independently with a high level of energy, creativity and independent thinking
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; be able to formally communicate problems and procedural changes
  • Very good English, knowledge in German is an asset
  • Good MS-Office skills
