To strengthen our team we're looking for a Product Manager to:
contribute to the continued development and growth of the UBS Advice product family, the market leading advisory mandate with more than CHF 100 billion in assets

- commit to the strategic development of the UBS Advisory business, by working closely with stakeholders across the bank and help to drive the strategic development
- act as a contact for UBS Advice related questions and support the different markets in further growing the UBS Advice business globally
- develop guidance for Client Advisors, aligned with business stakeholders and control functions in different locations and business areas
- ensure correct implementation of business and regulatory driven requirements in the respective tools and documents in collaboration with the respective technical experts across the bank

Your team

You will be working in the UBS Advice Product Development & Management team, the global competence center for all questions regarding UBS' advisory mandates for Wealth Management clients seeking advice, supporting them to take their best investment decisions. We work closely with our colleagues across the bank to ensure UBS Advice is well integrated in the investment value chain in Global Wealth Management across markets and locations. We also have a strong collaboration with the Agile Delivery Organization to drive the development of UBS Advice, in order to improve user experience both with client advisors and clients, expand the tools to enable better clientfacing advice, enable efficiency by introducing client selfservice, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Your expertise

210 years work experience in a project environment; product management experience is a plus

- a strong analytical and conceptual skill set as well as a problem-solving, pragmatic attitude
- an understanding of the wealth management business
- proactive team player and willingness to take ownership
- well-organized with a strong eye for details
- passionate about working with a wide of variety of stakeholders across the organization and able to distill information into one concise message
- ability to assess new ideas in a structured way to provide sensible solutions and implement them
- fluent in English, other languages are a benefit
