In short:


We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join our Zurich-based Innovation Design team for a 6 months internship.

You will have the chance to collaborate with an agile and interdisciplinary team of experts in Design, Engineering, Material and Sports science.


As an intern, you will gain an in-depth understanding of athletes' needs and the process of developing new products for them.

You will contribute to the design and engineering of our most innovative products to date, streamline the product design process, and identify new digital generative capabilities.

We seek a passionate, creative, and innovative individual with a keen eye for design and trends.

Your Mission:


  • You will support the development of concepts, mockups, visuals, and 2D/3D files, to help bring new ideas to life
  • You will help translating bluesky innovation concepts into more tangible designs
  • You will conduct research on emerging trends, technologies, materials, and designs
  • You will assist in the creation of prototypes and mockups using various tools and techniques to validate design concepts
  • You will collaborate with the Innovation Sports Science, Technology, and Material team to translate ideas into innovative prototypes and visualizations
  • You will proactively hunt trends in the sports fashion industry and always challenge our standards in this field

Your story:


  • You are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in product/industrial design, architecture, computer science, or a related field
  • You have an strong interest in innovation
  • You have a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and potential
  • You are proficient in 2D and 3D design software
  • You understand how to use 2D & 3D (computational software) design tools to contribute to the development of breakthrough products
  • You have an explorative mind, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • You have an interest in trend and consumer research and the ability to communicate research through strong mood boarding
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
