    Chef d objet Facility Management

    Contrôler et coordonner les techniques (CVC, hydraulique, sécurité incendie), assurer les inspections régulières du bâtiment et veiller au respect des bonnes pratiques.
    Organiser la maintenance préventive,vérifier les alarmes et contribuer au confort et au bien-être des utilisateurs. L'objectif principal consiste à fournir un appui technique quotidien aux clients via Planon.

    • Gestion de bases données.
    • Organisation d activités intermédiaires.
    • Suivi SLA avec reporting.
