CONTEXT & MISSION:

We are looking for a highly motivated
Learning & Development Project Leader Travel Retail EMEA & Americas

In this role, you will contribute to improve our customer experience in the region by driving product knowledge as well as sales techniques to the field teams, collaborating with the Field Supervisors, Marketing and business partners training departments.

The position is based in Plan-les-Ouates (near Geneva) and reports to the Learning & Development Manager Travel Retail EMEA & Americas.


MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:


1. Learning & Development Tools

  • Develop quarterly online training tool kits (ppt with facilitator notes & video support);
  • Develop 'Train the Trainer' tool kit for each brand of the portfolio;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of BA certification program.

2. Community Managerment

  • Support digital community with content creation, topics & incentives;
  • Content planning, social media scheduling, community management;
  • Start developing 'My True Story' learning platform: creating a dedicated Travel Retail space with engaging digital content.

3. 'Train the Trainer' Sessions & On Field Trainings

  • Deliver in person 'Train the Trainer' sessions and on field trainings when needed to Beauty Advisors, generic staff or business partners training departments.

HOW YOU CAN FIT:

- +2 years' experience in a similar role ideally in the beauty industry;

  • Fluent in English, French and/or Spanish/Portuguese are a strong plus;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools, digital & social media native;
  • Strong appetite for the development of L&D tools with the ability to think outofthe box;
  • Excellent public speaker and solid oral presentation skills;
  • High level of autonomy & proactivity and will to take ownership in a fastpaced, entrepreneurial environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across functions;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask;
  • At ease in an international environment with remote & multicultural teams;
  • Travel requirements: willing to travel up to 1015%.
