Job Overview

The Finance Business Partner and is responsible to support the Global Head of FP&A as well as the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and potential Functional Head(s), by executing quantitative and qualitative analysis in order to evaluate the company's progress toward achieving its financial goals and to map out future goals and plans.

Main Responsibilities

Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends, and analyse variances.
Develop, distribute and discuss monthly reporting packages with key stakeholder in the commercial organization.
Implement and drive KPIs for the commercial organization.
Develop client P&L, monitor pricing and drive margin expansion together with Commercial organization.
Deliver solid data analyses to support adhoc reporting requests.
Support Commercial organization during budgeting, planning and forecasting processes.
Review and align on commercial contracts and pricing decisions.
Drive sales process improvements by working closely with Commercial and Legal colleagues.
Develop together with Commercial and Legal standard contracting frameworks and approval process for business opportunities.
Support Senior Management Team and Departments heads with indepth analyses.
Support continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting and Modelling tools, including financial modelling or other initiatives as requested by the business or Group Finance.
Support global "one team approach" at SHL FP&A and work closely with Team in TW, US, SWE

Skills and Qualification

BA/MA degree in Business Administration. Economics, Accounting or Engineering.
Knowledge in FP&A in Pharmaceutical / Biotech / Medical Device / Manufacturing industry
Min 5+ years of experience
Strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills

- "Story-telling" skills, being able to translate financial data into a management presentation

Excellent problemsolving skills and solutionoriented mindset
Strong knowhow of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP BW or other BI systems
Flexibility related to changing requirements and conditions while ensuring efficiency.
Fluent in English and preferably also in German
