Your mission: Clerk-legal advisor or clerk-lawyer at 100% [class 22]. The person will be responsible for handling files related to non-competent jurisdictions, as well as requests for mutual assistance, delegated by the prosecutors to the clerk of the non-competent jurisdictions and the mutual assistance of the Public Prosecutor's Office. The selected person will thus draft all types of documents related to non-competent jurisdictions, requests for competence in favor of foreign authorities, transfers, decisions regarding entry and execution of requests for mutual assistance, as well as any other act, legal opinion, or legal research concerning the jurisdictions, or assist the prosecutors during various permanences, notably that of the clerk of non-competent jurisdictions. Requirements: License/master in Swiss law and qualification required, as well as, preferably, 3 years of relevant professional experience. Specific skills: Strong work ethic, team spirit, stress resilience, high sense of autonomy, ability to synthesize, rigor, accuracy, sense of responsibility, capability and sense of priorities, interpersonal skills, and good computer skills: Proficiency in office tools in the Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Specific knowledge: Excellent command of French and German, spoken and written, required. Clear and concise writing. Ability to analyze, synthesize, and draft. Mastery of criminal law and criminal procedure. Quality social skills.Possibility of an internship.
