\\What do we do? Its simple:
\*\*We sell expensive products online through a 0% financing model. At MyBikePlan we sell E-Bikes starting at CHF 52 per month. At MyHomePlan we sell furniture starting at CHF 42 per month Customers can decide how they pay #uniqueforyou They can choose between a downpayment, and a length between 6-48 months

Why do we do this?
We want to encourage people to purchase 1 high-quality product rather than 3 which end up in a landfill.

This is why we are on a mission to make high-quality products accessible to prioritize sustainability through our e-commerce 0% financing solution.

What does that mean concrete? Our vision is to become the largest Multi-Vertical E-commerce company in Switzerland focusing on 0% financing (MyBikePlan, MyhomePlan, MyBabyPlan, MySportPlan and more).

What we are we doing now?


We just launched our second vertical MyHomePlan This is just the start of our multi-vertical strategy to own different storefronts all focused 100% on 0% financing solutions.

Soon we will launch another one (maybe MyBabyPlan or maybe MyMusicPlan).

Tasks


We are looking for a highly motivated, creative individual who will take on extremely hands-on projects and work that have a direct impact on the future of MyBikePlan.

MyHomePlan and all of MyPlans

This internship is meant for you if you are looking for your first step into a fast-paced, fast-learning career and you are hungry for change We will give you space to learn, space to grow and most importantly give you responsibilities from day 1

There are two main areas that you will be responsible / support in:


B2C Sales:


You will be in direct contact with customers and will be:

  • Leading customers through the sales process
  • Helping generate leads by answering all customer's questions
  • Processing existing customers and making sure everything is done to keep them as happy as possible
  • Handson with our CRM (Hubspot) platform and designed sales process to help keep an overview of all customers
  • Supporting customers through their aftersales process
  • Supporting in acquiring of more aftersales partners

B2B Marketing Partnership:


  • Creating a pipeline for potential marketing partnerships ( like this sbb. mybikeplan. ch)
  • Manage the pipeline to acquire and convince more partners to join the program.
  • Managing the usage and working with the partners to increase the usage of the program.


All of these are just the ice berg of the things you can do and learn - and the best part is - the more hungry you are the more you will get You will be working directly with the sales and operations managers and will be supporting them to get the things done so that every person looking for amazing products, can get their products.


Requirements:

We do not care about certificates and papers. All that is important is that you are creative and that you are willing to learn and DO.

We need people who will go out and learn a skill to create something if need be. We need people who can think out of the box on how to find a solution.


Language requirements:
German is a must, French is a plus and the company language is English.

If you like bikes or furniture that's a plus ;).
