In this role you will
oversee the implementation of the Global CRM strategy at local level.
You will drive the execution of the CRM and eCRM campaigns and programs across markets.


You will be the global referent for the local CRM managers, provide direct support and bridge with other Global functions when needed.

You will champion best-in-class clienteling practices ensuring seamless and fully luxurious client experience across touchpoints.

You will animate the CRM Community, foster best practice sharing and help build a strong clienteling mindset in store.

You will collect and consolidate feedbacks and local needs related to the design of CRM initiatives, client journeys and campaigns across channels and tools


How you will create a beautiful impact:

Lead the local CRM Managers community

  • Build a strong CRM community through regular touchpoints and workshops highlighting best practices, presenting new projects and tools while collecting feedback on CRM activities and systems
  • Hold biweekly CRM meetings within the markets to maintain focus, identify needs and address concerns
  • Hold monthly meetings with Global CRM Team to report on results and ensure alignment with Global strategy
  • Promote a culture of client centricity and luxury execution

Steer the execution of Global CRM programs and campaigns at local level

  • Guide, coordinate and support the local CRM Managers in the local execution of Global campaign strategy (provide detailed campaign guidelines, review targets, generate campaigns in SF, ensure campaign are properly executed locally )
  • Steer annual CRM assets forecasts: provide guidelines and monitor orders
  • Approve locally printed and personalized Client Communications according to Global guidelines
  • Oversee and approve local campaigns, ensuring client experience is relevant and in line with LP brand image
  • Provide Global CRM with reports on CRM activations execution and results
  • Identify and share best practices while highlighting opportunities and local needs to Global team
  • Ensure that the Data Privacy Policy is implemented by Beauty Advisors, in collaboration with Education team

Provide insights on CRM activities performance

  • Communicate Global targets and monitor results at local level, challenge local teams on CRM results and share action plan with Global CRM team (with focus on data capture, retention, and recruitment rates)
  • Systematically track CRM activities and measure performance (conversion and generated sales) to further improve performance
Support local CRM managers in understanding their clientele profile and purchasing database using Global dashboards and reports


What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:

Essential:

  • Prior experience in managing CRM within a global organization preferably in luxury or premium retail
  • Strong background in CRM campaigns implementation
  • Analytical, datadriven with strong business acumen
  • Demonstrate a collaborative mindset and good communication skills
  • Handson attitude and great attention to details
  • Capacity to evolve in a highly complex environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Fully proficient with Excel and PowerPoint

Desirable:

  • Prior experience with Salesforce
  • Passionate about luxury retail and high sensitivity to client behaviors
Experience in luxury skincare
