Your Responsibilities:


  • Provide remote and onsite customer support.
  • Standardize and automate operational processes for efficiency.
  • Design, plan, implement, and maintain firewall and network solutions in client environments.
  • Collaborate on planning and execution in customer projects.
  • Analyze disruptions and error conditions, providing expert resolution in 2nd level support.
  • Advise and support clients in procurement initiatives, as well as in the conceptualization and implementation of firewall and network solutions.
  • Create and update necessary documentations for seamless operations.

Your Profile:


  • Completed IT apprenticeship (Informatik EFZ), specializing in System Engineering/Platform Development.
  • Strong network and firewall expertise with extensive practical experience (preferably with Cisco and Fortigate).
  • Independent, precise work style with a structured and solutionoriented approach.
  • Team player with a high focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Driver's license (Category B) for onsite support.
