Reporting directly in the to General Manager, Wander, you will be part of the Senior Management team providing strategic HR accountability.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Providing HR Excellent across both a strategic and operational level
  • Managing and delivering effective change to the business
  • Contributing to the thinking and own agreed aspects of the market organisational performance plans for Wander
  • Coaching, supporting and challenging key individuals as part on their development planning process.
  • Driving employee engagement and support managers to create an environment that is a great place to work in
  • Manage development and progression of employees, and understanding of benchstrength, gaps and succession plans.
  • Responsibility for strategic recruitment partnerships and effective implementation of recruitment with the Talent Acquisition team.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:


  • Track record of balancing the operational and strategic HR agendas in an evolving, fastpaced FMCG Business
  • Experienced in delivery HR across Switzerland and Germany
  • Fluent in both English and German
  • International and multicultural experience
  • Culturally curious with a desire to learn and understand more about our people
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build great relationships with people at all levels
  • Solid understanding of the link between business strategy and organisational performance, and tangible evidence of delivering results
