Required

• 10+ years of experience in Control System engineering, SW development for closed loop control, signal processing, Control Dynamics & Simulations and Verification & Validation
• Process Control and/or automation of thermal plants and turbomachines in power plants
• Experience with Matlab-Simulink and/or other real time simulator
• Knowledge in oversight of control system policies and procedures
• Good analytical skills with creative, solution-focused approach

Preferred

• Good technical knowledge in the areas of common used control system technologies and programming e.g. ALSPA, ABB Advant, AC800/800xA, Siemens PCS7, GE MARK VIe or equivalent
• Experience in technical project management for execution and/or development of Controls projects
• Knowledge in fieldbus systems, industrial network, control architectures and related IT infrastructure
• Software development skills (C++/C#, SQL, Java, Python) or prompt engineering
• Good knowledge of industrial Safety principles and cyber security
