Alohi SA brings together a team of highly competent engineers that focus on merging state-of-the-art technologies with compelling user experience in order to simplify and enhance life for companies and people around the world.

The company currently provides FAX.PLUS (the leading online faxing platform) to over 2,000,000 customers worldwide and will soon launch SIGN.PLUS (a legally binding electronic signature platform).

Alohi SA is headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, and is supported by the state of Geneva through Fongit "Fondation Genevoise pour l'Innovation Technologique" (Switzerland's premier innovation incubator supporting innovative tech ventures in Geneva).

For this on-site position, we are searching for a Head of Organic Growth who is a dynamic, passionate, self-starter to join our Geneva office.

You will be playing a critical role in shaping the overall growth strategy of the company and you will be responsible for leading the SEO and ASO efforts to increase organic traffic and visibility, resulting in higher conversions and revenue.

To excel in this role, staying informed of industry developments, approaching tasks with a focus on key performance indicators, exhibiting creativity, and possessing a mentality focused on growth are crucial.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives, to drive organic user acquisition and engagement.
A fullstack SEO, with a strong understanding of onsite and offsite SEO practices and the ability to build a defensible SEO strategy for all Alohi's products and services.
Track and measure the performance of growth initiatives and make datadriven decisions to continually improve performance.
Manage the websites on Webflow create new pages and update the content across all other pages.
Collaborate with the design and marketing team over Figma, Photoshop, and Sketch.
Provide handson support and maintenance for technical issues related to the Webflow websites.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience as an organic growth leader who has successfully delivered strong growth results across multiple countries & domains.
A KPIdriven approach, driven by wellthoughtout and measurable goals.
Strong team player with the ability to work within team dynamics or independently as needed.
Deep understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, onpage optimization, technical SEO, content strategy, link building, and analytics.
Deep understanding of ASO best practices, including product page optimization, keyword research, localization, conversion rate optimization, and the latest analytics tracking tools.
Proficiency and experience in the concept of online faxing and electronic signature solutions.
Proven expertise in Webflow, with a comprehensive understanding and experience in building and maintaining websites through the platform.
Hands on experience with image editing software and collaborative interface design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Photoshop.
Strong understanding and hands on experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
Ability to creatively solve problems and provide out of the box solutions for problems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
Exceptional English oral and written communications skills; impeccable editorial and proofreading skills and an eye for publication design
Advanced knowledge of analytics platforms, including Metabase, Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMRush, AppFollow, SensorTower, and App Annie.
A Master's degree in Engineering is required for this position, as it involves utilizing advanced engineering principles and techniques to develop solutions for complex projects.
