Learning & Development Project Manager (50%) - Temporary contract of 2 years:


Role:


The Learning & Development (L&D) Project Manager will be responsible for the tactical development, implementation, execution, and coordination of our Learning & Development roadmap, collaborating closely with the HR Partners, the HR Project Manager and other cross-functional teams.

will oversee learning activities and learning and development projects from inception to completion, ultimately contributing to the success of the ISO Central Secretariat by training and developing its people.


Key responsibilities:


  • Manage and lead all aspects of employee L&D projects including: initial scope, design, development, implementation, budget and resources management
  • Gather feedback following the deployment of the L&D projects and propose future improvements/ enhancements
  • In house, act as the point of contact for system or process issues/enhancements and coordinate with internal colleagues or partners to rapidly find solutions
  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
  • Implement various learning methods organization wide (e.g. coaching, jobshadowing, online training)
  • Design and deliver elearning courses, workshops and other trainings
  • Support content development, content design, and facilitate L&D course offerings when needed

Human Resources Director


Qualification and Experience:


The Learning and Development Project Manager is an experienced HR professional, who has broad experience in Learning and Development in an international environment.


  • Demonstrated experience as an L&D Project Manager, managing organizational projects and programs
  • University Degree, ideally in adult learning, organizational development, organizational behaviour, industrialorganizational psychology, human resources, or equivalent
  • Extensive knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS), a working knowledge of Cornerstone on Demand would be a distinctive advantage
  • Familiarity with tools and practices for project management, stakeholder management and results tracking
  • Experience with sourcing, vetting and managing vendors
