About the role

The EMEA Supply Planning Team takes ownership for planning and executing orders for all segments (Health, Wellness, Beauty,
OXO, Hydro Flask, and Osprey) with range of suppliers in Asia, Mexico, US, and Europe.

On your assigned scope of products, your primary responsibility will be to optimize ordering and inventory to achieve best value and cash flow in the business.

You will place internal requisitions aligned with a dynamic demand plan.

You will liaise with Demand Planning, Asia Pacific Organization, Suppliers and Business Segment planning teams to ensure all goods are available on time.

What you'll do in the role- Review weekly supply plans and raise adequate internal requisitions.- Update accurately expected availability dates in Oracle based on 3PL information.- Create supply forecast and liaise with APO to ensure capacity meets the plan.- Elevate timely to team manager any major issue requiring attention/escalation.- Liaise with Demand Planning, Sales and Marketing colleagues to understand changes to forecasts and share supply issues.- Minimize out of stock instances to ensure maximum availability.- Monitor new product introductions for Supply Chain.- Create and maintain ERP parameters for assigned products.

What will help you do the job well

Essential:

University degree (ideally in Supply Chain) 2+ years' experience in Supply Chain or Logistics in an international environment
Excellent knowledge of Excel, Oracle or another ERP is desired
Project management / continuous improvement skills an asset
Fluent in English (spoken and written), French a plus.
