Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams Telemarketing suchen wir eine(n) weitere(n) Telesales Mitarbeiter (m/w/d). Gemeinsam mit sechs direkten Kolleginnen und Kollegen sowie Ihrem Teamleiter repräsentieren Sie uns und unsere Produkte direkt bei Bestandskunden und potenziellen Neukunden.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

Sie führen gezielte Telefongespräche mit Entscheidungsträgern zur Bedarfsermittlung und -aktivierung
Sie betreuen unsere Bestandskunden, pflegen unsere Kundenbeziehungen und erkennen Kundenbedürfnisse proaktiv
Um das Interesse potenzieller Kunden zu wecken und Termine für unsere Außendienstkollegen zu generieren, führen Sie gezielte Marketingaktionen durch
Sie nutzen unser CRM Tool zur strukturierten Dokumentation und Pflege aller Aktivitäten rund um unsere Kunden

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss ist von Vorteil
Sie sind engagiert und haben Spaß daran, mit Menschen zu interagieren und Beziehungen aufzubauen
Sie sind motiviert, zielorientiert und begeistern sich für das Erlernen neuer Inhalte
Sie beherrschen die deutsche Sprache auf hohem Niveau und können sich professionell ausdrücken
Sie sind versiert in der Anwendung der gängigen Kommunikationsmittel und routiniert im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen
Ein grundlegendes Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge und Informationen ist von Vorteil
Sie sind ein Organisationstalent und arbeiten sowohl eigenständig als auch im Team lösungsorientiert
