    Sustainability Manager Taste & Wellbeing (M/F/d)
  • Your next role?
  • As the Sustainability Manager, you will together with the Head of Sustainability, Taste & Wellbeing, partner with divisional stakeholders to develop and implement plans to bring Givaudan's purpose and sustainability agenda to life, following the Divisional Value Proposition to shape the future of food.
  • You will work in close collaboration with the sustainability team, including programme teams and the F&B divisional team to foster alignment and consistency.
  • You will be based in Kemptthal, Switzerland (hybrid role, #LI-Hybrid), but you can be based in any other T&W location in Europe (Avignon, Argenteuil, Naarden, Dortmund, Milton Keynes, Sant Celoni) and reporting to the Head of Sustainability Taste & Wellbeing.

You will:


Business Partnering with Divisional Stakeholders- Partner with divisional teams (strategy, marketing, commercial, communications) to leverage Givaudan's sustainability agenda within T&W value propositions

  • Bring outsidein thought leadership on Sustainability relevant to the Division, particularly around food systems transformation, and evolving legislation
  • Steward sustainability activities and projects (not already covered by the wider the sustainability team scope) required within the Division and influence decisionmaking around sustainability topics
    Represent Divisional needs within Sustainability team
  • Advocate for divisional needs within ongoing programme/project development
  • Prepare and collate crossfunctional Divisional information and evidence for corporate and internal reporting, as well as representing the division in the annual assurance process
    Programme development & strategic projects
  • Lead strategic projects as required to advance Givaudan's purpose/ sustainability agenda
  • Contribute to the development of company position statements related to Sustainability aspects
  • Contribute to sustainability communications as needed
    Customer engagements
  • Partner with commercial teams to engage proactively and reactively with customers
  • Drive the identification of continuous improvement opportunities together with the GBS Sustainability Solutions team
    External engagement
  • Represent Givaudan in external engagements on sustainability for example in precompetitive forums such as WBCSD and /or other industry dialogues
    Your professional profile includes:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/ Marketing/ Strategy. Additional degree or experience in Corporate Sustainability or equivalent
  • 10 years experience in a global business environment
- experience in the area of Sustainability Strategy /Marketing/ Corporate Social Responsibility

  • Experience in the FMCG sector or chemicals/ ingredients sector is a plus
  • Experience of certifications a plus
  • Fluency in English, additional local language is a plus
  • Research skills, and strong abilities in problemsolving and decisionmaking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interact at multiple levels with different partners
  • Autonomous and comfortable with crossfunctional setups and
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Coordination and facilitation skills
