    Your area of responsibility

  • Complete handling of export and import
  • Contact person for customs and forwarding agents
  • Shipping management, incl. the creation of delivery notes, invoices and shipping documents
  • Monitoring of freight costs and OTD (On-Time Delivery)
  • Negotiating with freight forwarders
  • Contact person for the Sales and Production departments
  • Master data maintenance / customs tariff numbers / origin calculation

    • Our requirements

  • Basic commercial education
  • Completed further education as export specialist or foreign trade specialist
  • Several years of experience in export (import would be a plus) in an international company
  • Experience in tariffing and origin calculation
  • Assertiveness, persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Autonomous and proactive way of working
  • Service-oriented team player with customer focus
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, French or other foreign languages would be an advantage
