    Your responsibility

  • Administration tasks in connection with business partners, reinsurance contracts and renewal submission data
  • Supporting underwriters in maintaining and developing existing and new business relationships
  • Preparation of figures as a basis for decision-making in connection with the assessment of reinsurance contracts
  • Create and maintain reports for portfolio management and control
  • Internal and external (client/broker) correspondence
  • Interaction across other reinsurance underwriting, actuarial and accounting departments
  • Your qualification

  • Higher education mixed with relevant experience in insurance / reinsurance field
  • Strong commitment and willingness to learn as well as exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive, independent, and structured way of working
  • Efficient use of Office programs, especially Excel
  • Ability to work well under pressure especially at renewal season
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are required, German and other languages are an advantage
