As a Site Quality Manager (M/F/d) for our Active Beauty production site in Volketswil reporting to the Site and Operations Manager, you will lead the Quality Management team.

You will:

Ensure the compliance of the Quality Assurance /-Control function to Global Quality Management's requirements; lead the implementation of quality related policy, process and best practices
Maintain Quality Management System documentation required to ensure the effectiveness of the system, assure product quality and ensure the document lifecycle is completed
Maintain the internal audit schedule and coordinate external audits by authorities and customers; lead vendor audits, follow up actions and improve
Lead and maintain approved status to accreditation standards in the scope of the QMS (ISO 9001, Halal, Good Manufacturing Practice, EFfCI)
Maintain global harmonization in quality of purchased raw materials and manufactured products to the defined standard/specification; monitor accuracy and appropriateness of test results and the final QC Pass/Fail usage decision, considering all possible effects globally
Lead the quality control and quality assurance team (3 team members)
Be member of EMEA Regional Quality Management team
Lead Management Review meetings

You have:

Bachelor or Master degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or long-term work experience in the field of Cosmetics
Knowledge of ISO 9001, Good Manufacturing Practice, EFfCI
Overall work experience of at least 7; with about 2 or more years of progressive people management
Proficiency in systems for laboratory operations; proficiency in production methods and quality control systems in manufacturing facilities
Experience in Continuous Improvement (e.g. Lean or Six Sigma) appreciated

Language skills:
German and English fluent
