    Based at our HQ in Nyon (Switzerland) you will be joining our Commercial Department as:

    Global Retail Director (M/W)

    Lead Hublot's HQ Retail Department in crafting a client-centric, data-driven organization seamlessly integrated into both HQ and Market structures. Your goal will be to deliver an unparalleled client experience across all Hublot Boutiques and touchpoints, driving commercial success in the luxury market.     Your missions

    Strategy & Business Development

    Develop and implement retail strategy within Hublot's omnichannel approach, supporting markets in defining and following local action plans.

    Define clear objectives/KPIs per market/country/boutique and ensure completion.

    Participate in product retail development and identify new business opportunities.

    Lead the development of Hublot's operational excellence for the global Retail network (67 DOS & 71 Franchise Boutiques) and build client database. Drive client journey from prospecting to loyalty.

    Network Animation & Operations

    Develop boutique image and maintain visual merchandising to achieve Hublot's highest profile.

    Ensure adherence to merchandising standards and liaise with Marketing Department for timely execution.

    Ensure boutique policies, procedures, and equipment are in place.

    Oversee Retail Performance including Dashboard/KPI reporting, local Sales Ambassador coaching, and mystery shopping.

    Team Development & Training

    Support and coach managers, set objectives, and ensure talent retention.

    Coordinate training programs and interact with managers/staff to identify needs.

    Manage the global training calendar and tools, develop Hublot employees' and clients' brand and product knowledge.

    Retail Operations

    Define in-store operational guidelines (Sale/Negotiation, Magento, e-Warranty, After-Sales, POS systems) to improve store efficiency and deliver Best in Class retail experience.

    Oversee Retail Store Visual Merchandizing and Client activation including execution of annual visual merchandising calendar and Boutique client activations.

    Oversee Store Development with the Architect team: including openings, closings, renovations, and relocations.

    Cross-functional Collaboration

    Collaborate with HQ Marketing, Product/Special Series, After Sales, IT, Finance, and HR Teams.

    Profile

    Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.

    Minimum of 10 years of experience in the luxury industry, ideally with both market and HQ exposure.

    Proven ability to define and implement retail strategy in an omnichannel approach.

    Strong understanding of retail business operations, including significant experience managing sales activities in a retail business/network.

    Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional performance.

    Fluent in both French and English, with proficiency in written and spoken communication.

    Exceptional client service skills, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to excellence and meticulous attention to detail.

    Flexibility, innovative and cross-functional mindset.

    Capacity of adapting strategies to evolving market dynamics and consumer trends.

    Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with the capability to clearly and persuasively articulate complex ideas.
