    Quality Management Specialist (Hybrid - m/f/x/d %)


    The Operations team of Zurich & Europe, Middle East and Africa of Corporate Real Estate and Services (CRES Operations Zurich & EMEA) is looking for a Quality Management Specialist to support the team in the areas of Quality, Process and Data Management.

    Your place of work is Adliswil and Zurich with a possible hybrid approach of 1-2 days home office per week. Start immediately or by arrangement.

    About the Role

    You will be working with senior specialists in the different initiatives and projects we are having to improve our general process landscape and operations, as well as in the related business-as-usual activities.

    As Quality Management Specialist of CRES Operations Zurich & EMEA your responsibilities will include:

    1. Quality Management Support:

    • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems
    • Participate in quality and environmental internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
    • Aid in implementing quality control measures to ensure data reliability
    • Collaborate with cross-functional team members and location teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
    • Provide training and support to staff on quality, process, and data management procedures

    2. Process Management Support:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and location teams to document, streamline and standardize processes
    • Assist in monitoring process review cycles and continuous improvement reviews
    • Provide input and ideas for process improvements to enhance data quality and ensure governance
    • Provide Support in QMS Training System Implementation

    3. Data Management Support:

    • Support lease management data activities by conducting data controlling, cleansing, entry, validation, and analysis tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of information
    • Work on the implementation of records management improvement project
    • Work on other CRES data related activities that enter under the Operations' Team responsibilities
    • Assist in participating in cross-functional teams to support data governance initiatives

    4. Business Continuity Manager

    • Review, manage and adjust CRES Zurich Business Unit Plans
    • Carry out the annual review of all Business Continuity Plans for Zurich

    About the Team

    CRES Operations ZH & EMEA supports and steers CRES Zurich business units and EMEA locations in various specialist areas such as Risk & Governance, Quality & Process Management, Environmental Management, Client Services Management, Communication, among others. It also manages directly some administrative and operative areas of the units and locations and participates as well in various CRES global working groups and networks.

    About You

    You are an independent, team-oriented and flexible collaborator with a hands-on attitude, strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills. With your excellent interpersonal and communication skills and your willingness to learn and grow you can work well in a changing, dynamic environment, supporting projects to completion, monitoring risks, and identifying appropriate mitigation actions where necessary.

    • Higher education's degree in business administration, information management or a related field
    • Further education or training in quality and process management and/or data management
    • Understanding of quality management principles (e.g., ISO standards) and process improvement methodologies
    • Prior experience in a similar role or internship is a plus
    • Certifications in quality management or process improvement are plus (ISO 9001 and/or ISO but not required
    • Project management skills is also an asset
    • Very good command of verbal and written German and English
