Your role

As CRM Assistant at Bank J.

Safra Sarasin you will be partnering with CRMs in their day-to-day work tasks and are responsible for ensuring a high-end banking service.


Responsibilities:

Support the team with administrative tasks
Partner with CRMs to manage overall day-to-day business
Perform account openings, closings and other documentations
Prepare client meetings and sometimes events
Monitor client portfolios, handle client orders in the absence of CRMs, handle asset maturities and corporate actions
Deal with internal and external policies and compliance regulations including FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.


Profile:

Completed apprenticeship in the banking sector
2 years of practical experience as an Assistant in Private Banking
Excellent Microsoft Office skills; knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as ability to weight problems and set priorities
Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability
Organizational skills as well as ability to work under pressure
Fluency in German and English
